assemblies are conducted once a month and follow a new theme for each assembly. They are generally composed of a reminder by an Ustaadh/ah or guest followed by student individual and group performances and presentations. Students good behaviour, attendance/punctuality and other progress and achievements are recognised through presentation of certificates.
dedicated workshops are arranged to challenge the negative discourse in the media and the wider society that conflicts with the core Islamic beliefs and practices including areas of hayaa (modesty), birth and ascension of Nabee ‘Eesa AS etc
During the winter, spring and summer breaks AQA runs intensive Educational Camps where children enjoy high-energy, fast-paced schedule of engaging discussions, group activities, presentations as well as recreation activities/games.
Older students are taken out at least once a year to beautifully landscaped countryside resorts in UK for a weekend of activities, sports, essential life skills training.
Students are taken to theme parks and activity centres twice a year as a day of fun activities; all with an Islamic ethos.
